Getting to Peschici by Bus in August, 2015

Hi, I will be in Lecce from August 4 to 7 and then I go to Peschici from August 7 to the 10th. I think it maybe a crazy time of year to be there, but I don’t have a choice this time and really want to see a couple of places in Puglia. I will be traveling by train from Lecce to Foggia but haven’t yet found information about getting from there to Peschici and back again by bus to catch my train to Roma Termini on August 10th.
Can you assist me in locating schedules and bus information for that area?

I suggest you to split the journey:
1) Peschici-Vieste (“Ferrovie del Gargano” bus)
2) Sita Line 744 Vieste-Foggia

Hi, Monica! Thank you for this. I can see that even though it’s not very far, it may take awhile to get to Foggia, so best to start early and schedule my train for late in the day.

This link shows buses for 2011. Do you have any idea how I would find a current schedule?
