Hello alltogether,
I will do a roadtrip through Italy in August/September 2017. It would be nice if there is a way to go from Naples or Capri to Rome by ship.
Does someone know a ferry or ship?
Do you have other ideas for this last part of the trip?

since Rome is not on the sea… it will be difficult to reach by ferry. The closest port seems to be Civitavecchia, northwest of Rome.
A quick look on the net clearly shows only one ferry line to that city: from Palermo, Sicily… maybe too far from Naples or Capri.
We would suggest to use a bus 🙂
