In weekdays and holidays of both companies, timetables are different, but anyhow I recommend you to come back in the afternoon because in the evening there are no buses.

For San Gimignano you have to change line in Poggibonsi or Siena.
As mentioned above, it is always preferable to move in the morning or afternoon because in the evening there are no buses.

You can buy tickets at bars, tobacconists and newsagents during you travel.

For nature of transport, buses could be no regular.

You could take the last bus from San Gimignano at 20:15 or 20:30 (depends on day of the week) and change in Poggibonsi at 21:15.

I do not recommend you a trip by bus in the evening. I suggest you to get some kind of private transport/transfer or Taxi.

You have to take two lines: 130 and 1310.
