Easiest way to travel Florence to Agerola

Can someone please tell me how many trains/buses I will need to take to get from Florence to Agerola, and possibly tell me which specific ones I need to be taking? I would like to get tickets bought if possible, but do not want to buy tickets only to find out I am missing a specific piece of the puzzle or have the wrong train/bus.
