Bari to Rome and vice versa (bus)

Hello community,

I would like to know if there is a bus from Bari to Rome and from Rome to Bari. All I can find after a lot of research is only the train, the prices and timelines of which are not that convenient, and the only bus of Marazzo from 23:00 just before midnight.

Is there any other possibility for a bus between these cities, a regional option or something like that, operating cheaply and not very rarely ?

I also checked the flight option through Ryan Air, which is cheap, but not that convenient as for the schedule.

Any advice, suggestion and/or information would be welcome.

Departures from Roma, Tiburtina Station, to Bari, at 8:30 a.m arriving in Bari at 4:00 p.m.
Then there is also a bus leaving from Roma Tiburtina Station at 09:00 am, arriving in Bari at 15:45.
The ticket, one way, costs €35.00.
