salerno to naples

Hi, I want to travel from salerno to Naples on 30th June. I really want to travel to Capodichino airport. I know there are 4 buses direct to the airport but the times are not good for my flight (its at 13:00). ideally Id like to be at the airport at about 11:30. Last year I decided to do the journey by train however I was sitting on the train at Salerno when everyone had to get off as there was an occupation in naples train station (schiopero?). I would like a few options if possible so I don’t end up in the same stressful situation!

Many thanks (also, id there a direct naples-amalfi connection at about 4.30 pm on a Thursday?)
