Small dog in bag onboard?

Hey.

Was wondering if small (under 2 kilograms) dogs in a suitable travel bag are allowed onboard?

Also are there major disruptions to service around new years? Does the holiday schedule apply all days regardless?

Small dogs are allowed if with a muzzle (There is flexibility on this). There is no disruption planned but the service will not run the 25th of December and the 1st of January if not extraordinary plans will be made by the company.

I personally think that you need to buy a large dog, since these breeds are much smarter.
